Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with LASHED BY MARIKO, that time is reserved for you. When cancelling less than 24 hours of your appointment, we are unlikely to fill that appointment time on such short notice. We understand things happen, but we provide you with our time in exchange for an income.

• Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of an appointment time will be noted in your profile.

• For Cancellation inside of the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of the total service price.

• No shows will be charged 80% of the service price.

• Regardless of what time it may be, you may cancel online through your web-portal.

• ALL BOOKINGS ARE PRESUMED TO AGREE TO THIS POLICY.

 

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, even by a few minutes, we may or may not be able to provide your service based on our schedule. PLEASE TEXT us if you know you are going to be late so we can try to accommodate you. Your punctuality affects the service we are able to provide to you and everyone following you that day, and we will not put ourselves behind schedule in order to accommodate you. If we are unable to reschedule you, you will be charged a late cancellation fee.
